It has all come together. Axa and development partner Bell Hammer launched Assembly today, attended by 140 guests including agents, the development project team and client team. The event marked the formal opening of the estate, with guests enjoying a tour of the unique facilities on offer, followed by lunch in Foundry.
Assembly is one of the first developments to offer Brompton's exciting new cycle hire scheme. 8 Brompton bikes are now available for hire from the Smith's Square docking station for £3.50 per day. There are also 8 further Brompton bikes available to the tenants of the Foundry.
Six pins and half a dozen needles
After a year of work, 10 tonnes, 5,000 bespoke bricks and over 1,000 stainless steel components we are please to announce the completion of Alex Chinneck's breathtaking new piece 'Six pins and half a dozen needles' at Assembly London. Successful workplaces in today’s world are the home of creative thought which is why we made art integral to our vision for the Assembly London master plan.
Assembly Bike Ride
As part of Cycle to Work Day and a follow up to the 2016 Assembly Ride, a group made up from both the Assembly London & Assembly Bristol project teams cycled the "return leg" from Bristol to Hammersmith on 12th May 2017. Both developments will have excellent cycle facilities, with Assembly London providing one of the highest ratio of cycle parking spaces and lockers of any new office building in London.
Foundry achieves Platinum rating
We are pleased to announce that Wired Score has awarded the Foundry a platinum rating, placing it in the top 15% of commercial buildings in the country for internet connectivity and infrastructure.

Assembly is supporting local cancer charity Maggie’s by running this weekends London Marathon. Well, Giff from design agency Blast is running the marathon and Assembly are providing the financial support.
Assembly: London to Bristol
A group made up from both the Assembly London & Assembly Bristol project teams cycled from Assembly London in Hammersmith to Axa IM - Real Assets' latest development site, Assembly Bristol on Temple Way. Both developments will have excellent occupant amenities, to promote a sense of well being, including extensive cycle facilities.
